Here are a few key takeaways that stood out:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b><\/b><b>AI is Here to Enhance, Not Replace<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As <\/span><b>Ficoal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> put it, \u201cAI should be seen as an assistant, not a threat.\u201d AI isn\u2019t taking the wheel\u2014it\u2019s helping professionals focus on higher-value work by automating the repetitive tasks. Whether it\u2019s streamlining payment orchestration or speeding up KYC\/UBO processes, AI is freeing up human capacity for strategic decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the most striking reflections came when <\/span><b>Puneet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> reminded us, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWhat is very important is AI moving beyond the \u201cco-pilot\u201d label and reframing AI as a customer-focused pilot.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> That sentiment really resonated. From GDPR to PDPA, the expectation is clear: AI must be both transformative and accountable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Upskilling and Mindset Shift Are Key<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A recurring message across the panel was this: <\/span><b>AI is already here.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The question isn\u2019t if, but how we adapt. <\/span><b>Jun<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> encouraged professionals\u2014especially those in traditional roles\u2014to start exploring AI tools, not fearing them. \u201cYou&#8217;re still the one sitting at the driver\u2019s seat,\u201d he said. \u201cAI might help with paperwork, but the decisions, the conversations, the human connections\u2014that\u2019s still ours to lead.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As BridgeWise expands into Thailand with the launch of 800 Thai mutual funds and ETFs on FundWise, this conversation couldn\u2019t be more timely.
